We have more than 100 professionals consisting of patent attorneys, trade marks attorneys and lawyers, who are engaged solely in intellectual property practice.

Davies Collison Cave has the largest patent practice in Australia. We consistently file more patent applications in Australia than any other firm, across numerous technical disciplines. Our size means our attorneys can concentrate their experience to specialise in particular technology areas. This enables us to build a deep understanding of our clients' technologies, as well as the market and competitor landscape in which they exists. This understanding results in stronger IP protection and the formulation of IP strategies that best align with our clients' commercial strategies. Our office in Singapore, which opened in 2015, is well resourced with technical experts across all disciplines to provide high level patent, design and trade mark services in Singapore and across the ASEAN region.
