TT&A advised MUFG Bank, Ltd. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (collectively “Lenders”), in connection with the financing being provided to Diyos Renewables India Project Private Limited (“Borrower”), comprising a term loan facility and non-fund based facilities aggregating to approximately INR 7,510,00,000. The proceeds will be used by the Borrower for the design, development, financing, construction, and commissioning of a 100 MW AC wind energy generation project in Vijayapura district in the state of Karnataka.
This deal is significant as it is the first greenfield wind energy generation project in India for the ACEN group.
