Khaitan Legal Associates recently advised ElecTorq Technologies (Baaz Bikes) in its Series A fund raise of approx. USD 8 Millon in a round led by Singapore based Big Capital, along with participation from the venture capital arm of Japan’s Rakuten Capital, existing investors consisting of Kalaari Capital, 9Unicorns and Sumant Sinha.
Baaz Bikes is a Delhi based company building a full stack EV ecosystem catering to the gig riders. With this investment, Baaz Bikes will scale its business to bring in product innovation.
