Maddocks advises SurveyPlus on its merger with Orion Group

Maddocks has advised SurveyPlus on its merger with Orion Group, advancing the growth of both businesses and continuing Orion Group’s expansion of its surveying capabilities and geographic reach across Greater Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, the NSW North Coast, and Queensland.

The Maddocks team, led by Corporate Partner, Rahil Patel, with the support of Lawyer Jordan Baird, advised on deal structuring, transaction documents and completion, and supported SurveyPlus’ shareholders throughout the transaction.
