Khaitan & Co advised Abdul Latif Jameel Green Mobility Solutions DMCC in their capacity as the investor selling shareholder in the initial public offering of Greaves Electric Mobility Limited comprising of a fresh issue of up to INR 10,000 million and an offer for sale of up to 189,398,200 equity shares by certain selling shareholders including Abdul Latif Jameel Green Mobility Solutions DMCC. Khaitan & Co also assisted Abdul Latif Jameel Green Mobility Solutions DMCC in relation to the bid process for its primary investment in Greaves Electric Mobility Limited in 2022.
