In accordance with the provisions of Decree 1785 of December 29, 2020, the legal minimum wage for the year 2021 was set at $ 908,526 pesos per month as of January 1, 2021, which represents an increase of 3.5 percent compared to the last year.

Said increase also applies to workers who earn a comprehensive minimum wage, who as of January 1, 2021, will not be able to receive a monthly salary lower than $ 11,810,838 pesos, including the benefit factor.

For its part, the transportation assistance will be $ 106,454 pesos per month. Remember that only those who earn up to two legal minimum monthly wages are entitled to transportation assistance.
