March 05, 2026, Mumbai: The transaction is for setting up a 50:50 joint venture between Bengaluru based RMZ and Gurugram based Signature Global for the development of a mixed-use project of approximately 3.94m sq feet of FSI in Gurugram, in Gurguram, with RMZ investing up to INR 1,283 Crores.
