Irwin Mitchell Scotland LLP is a separate Scottish legal practice regulated by the Law Society of Scotland and has an office in Glasgow.

In May 2016 Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth was launched, combining the expertise of Berkeley Law, Berkeley Hurrell, Thomas Eggar and Irwin Mitchell under one offering to clients.
