Hesketh Henry is an Auckland based Law Firm that has proudly been serving Aucklanders, New Zealanders, and overseas businesses since 1865.

We are a mid–sized firm: – small enough to offer personalised partner service, but big enough to provide significant resource when required. We provide a comprehensive  range of general and specialist services and have the expertise to meet the needs of individuals and enterprises of all sizes.  We understand that the certainty of legal costs is important to our clients and we seek to provide a “no surprises” policy in relation to fees.

Hesketh Henry is well connected throughout New Zealand through our membership with Lawlink, a network of 17 firms throughout New Zealand that work collaboratively to provide services to clients nationally.
 
We are also well connected internationally via our membership to the ADVOC group, a global network of more than 100 independent law firms.  We have German, Spanish  and Korean speakers and a long history of facilitating overseas companies and individuals carrying out business in New Zealand.
