SeungMin Lee is a partner at Peter & Kim and a member of the firm's international dispute resolution practice group. Ms Lee has provided advocacy for Peter & Kim’s major clients in arbitration cases under the rules of ICC, KCAB, SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA and UNCITRAL. Ms Lee is qualified in Korea, and England and Wales, and is admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

In the past, Ms Lee has served as South Korean national representative of the IBA young lawyer's committee, regional ambassador for Korea to the HKIAC's HK 45, director of international affairs at the Seoul Bar Association and regional representative for Korea to the LCIA's Young International Arbitration Group.

Ms Lee now serves as member of the SIAC Users Council for the South Korea national committee; member of the panel of arbitrators for the Asian International Arbitration Centre; and specialist mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre. Ms Lee was seconded as counsel to the LCIA Secretariat in 2010.

A graduate of Seoul National University and member of the Korean bar, Ms Lee recently completed an LLM at the National University of Singapore.
