Paul Mansell is an experienced and qualified expert witness, project manager and engineer with over 35 years of experience in the global engineering and construction industries.
Paul has delivered and advised on complex projects spanning buildings, infrastructure, transportation, industrial, oil and gas, mining, chemicals, power and utilities sectors throughout the UK, Europe, Americas, Middle East, Far East, Central Asia, Australasia and Africa.
Paul has provided Expert Witness reports for litigation, arbitration, and adjudication, in project management, project engineering, engineering management, quantum and technical matters and has given oral evidence in international arbitration.
Paul Mansell is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Association of Project Managers, the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering and an associate member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, as well as a practising member of the Academy of Experts.
