Nader Emile is a Director and Regional Manager at HKA, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is a legally qualified Civil Engineer with 22 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries. He is named in Who’s Who Legal (WWL): Construction Consulting Experts and Construction Expert Witnesses categories.
Nader holds qualifications in construction engineering (BSc), project management (PMP), business administration (MBA), construction law and arbitration (LLM) and contracts and claims (PGDip). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate. He is also an Accredited Expert Witness with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has obtained his certificate in Independent Expert Determination.
Nader is fluent in Arabic, English and French. He delivers training and lectures regarding planning and scheduling techniques, the preparation of complex extension of time claims and different delay/disruption analysis methodologies. His article “The Causal Link and the Dark Art in Delay Claims” was published in the Construction Law Journal in September 2021.
