Feras Al Roumani

Feras Al Roumani is a director based in Doha, Qatar. Feras is a qualified Civil Engineer with master’s degrees in project management (MSc) and Construction Law (LLM). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Feras developed has his skills as a delay analyst, identifying the best method to utilise when carrying out delay analyses of claims and counterclaims, including examination and assessment of contractual entitlement.  
He was also involved in contractual claim preparation for employers and contractors evaluating contract documents and project correspondences and analysing disputes caused by delays, change orders, variations and force majeure events.
