Werner Luüs is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience. He has been appointed as a quantum expert and assisted the named expert on multiple occasions.

Werner has testified during international arbitration and is proven as a credible expert witness under cross-examination. He has provided expert opinions on matters in mediation and for a dispute adjudication board and has assisted the named expert on high value and complex disputes.

Werner has worked with teams to deliver a wide range of projects in the buildings, infrastructure, resources, power and utilities, and ship building sectors. He has extensive experience working with project teams on live projects, and has previously worked for contractors, dispute resolution consultancy firms, and professional quantity surveying firms.

Werner specialises in quantity surveying, commercial management, expert witness, and advisory services. He has supported clients on disputes within major infrastructure schemes (an airport, and rail systems), healthcare facilities, an onshore windfarm, offshore oil and gas systems, FPSOs, oil refineries, and ship building.
