She brings a depth of over 20 years’ experience as competition/antitrust lawyer, including 7 years in New York, contributing significant comparative breadth to her ability to advise strategically on major multi-jurisdictional mergers, litigation and investigations.
In the last year, she successfully achieved clearance for Microsoft’s US$20 billion acquisition of Nuance Communications, Viatris’ acquisition of the Upjohn portfolio from Pfizer (US$12 billion) (subject to remedies); Elanco’s purchase of the animal health business of Bayer ($11 billion) (subject to remedies).
