Alan Rozenberg is a Senior Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in London and Madrid.
He works on international arbitration matters, where he performs economic and financial analysis in the context of international treaty and contractual disputes.
Mr. Rozenberg has 15 years of experience producing expert reports, presentations and preparing for oral testimony at hearings. He has participated in more than 45 international arbitration cases in different venues including ICSID, ICC, SCC, PCA, CIMA, and UK High Court. His experience includes private and public entities, and the valuation of privately held businesses and damages assessments covering various industries, including oil and gas; electricity generation and distribution; gas transport; hospitality; gaming; airports; manufacturing; with investments located in countries including Argentina, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Guatemala, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Poland, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Ukraine, and Venezuela.
Mr. Rozenberg holds a Masters in Finance from Universidad del CEMA, a B.A. in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo.
