Pablo Mori is a member of the international arbitration group in Clifford Chance US LLP. He is based in New York and has over fifteen years of experience. He has advised and represented parties in bilingual international commercial and investment arbitration disputes some valued over USD 10 billion, where he has acted as lead counsel or second chair. Pablo’s commercial arbitration practice involves large-scale infrastructure projects, oil & gas, mining, telecommunications, maritime controversies, aviation disputes, and others. Pablo has represented both investors and Sovereigns in high-stakes investment disputes involving Australia, Colombia, Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, the United States, and the United Kingdom, among others. His recent experience includes controversies related to the construction of a major pipeline project in Peru, an international airport in Honduras, petroleum port facilities in Colombia, a multipurpose dam in the Dominican Republic, and a powerline in Guatemala. He has represented private and state entities in arbitration proceedings seated in the US, Latin American and Europe, before tribunals constituted according to the rules of various international arbitration centers, such as the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, and the LMAA.
