Ms. Daley is a Vice President in the Forensic Services practice at Charles River Associates. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and graduated cum laude from the Boston University School of Law. After practicing as a trial lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis and Sonnenshein Nath & Rosenthal, she began a career in consulting, serving as the General Counsel and Vice President of Investigative Group International and subsequently chaired the Global Electronic Discovery and Investigations practice at Duff & Phelps. She led international investigations involving allegations of money laundering, FCPA violations and fraud.
Her work has included high-profile investigations and compliance initiatives on behalf of higher education institutions, financial institutions and healthcare providers.
She has been named by Who’s Who Legal as one of a limited group of Forensic Investigations Experts every year since 2014 and has been designated as a global elite thought leader in her field. She is has been recognized by Chambers and Partners in the area of Business Intelligence and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
