David Reichard, PE, senior director of Delta Consulting Group, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His expertise includes project management, construction management, CPM scheduling, construction claims analysis, dispute resolution, and delay damages. He has testified as an expert on project delays, schedule analyses, extra work claims, breach of contract, wrongful termination, construction defect claims and delay damages.
Mr. Reichard’s experience includes a wide variety of projects including bridge, tunnel, and highway construction; nuclear power and LNG plants and facilities; industrial, government, military, and institutional facilities; wastewater/water treatment, chemical, and cement plants; as well as numerous types of buildings (retail, theme park, hotel, medical facility, educational, casino/resort, condominiums, and residential).
His prior experience includes positions as vice president and director of consulting for Chitester Management Systems, senior consultant for Trauner Consulting Services, and he began his career as an engineer officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he managed construction projects in the United States, the Bahamas, and the Middle East.
