Daniel Leu advises private clients as well as multi- and single-family offices on wealth and succession planning; the handling of estates, in connection with foundations and trusts; and on questions in connection with place of residence. Recent examples of Daniel's expertise in private client matters include advising the executors with regard to the administration of a complex industrial estate; representing several clients in Swiss inheritance disputes, coordinating the advice from several foreign law firms regarding the successful planning of a large international family with ties to Switzerland, the US, France and the UK; representing a Swiss-based trustee in a dispute with one of the beneficiaries as well as representing a client in a dispute concerning art.
Daniel holds a law degree from the University of Zurich and the University of Oxford, and was admitted to the bar in 2007.
