Her primary areas of concentration are regulatory and environmental, social and governance (ESG) compliance and risk programming, internal controls remediation, compliance monitorships, and global and internal investigations.

With more than 25 years of financial advisory and strategic consulting experience, Ms. Hopkins has conducted governance diligence across environmental, health, and safety measures; compliance program development and interim management; internal control reviews; operational and process improvement; litigation analysis; and forensic accounting investigations around the Foreign Corrupt Practices (FCPA), the U.K. Bribery Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and other environmental regulation matters.
