Brad Pinne is a managing director at Ankura, based in Chicago. He specialises in complex data analysis to facilitate the resolution of tax disputes and other business challenges. His data analytics expertise helps attorneys, executives and subject-matter experts transform electronic data into useful information to develop litigation strategies, prepare expert testimony and quantify substantive activities in dispute.
Brad has provided testimony in federal and state courts and has acquired over 25 years of experience from numerous tax controversy matters, commercial disputes, class actions and investigations across multiple industries.
Brad is adept at tracing events through transactional, operational and financial systems – from a customer invoice to the company’s 10-K. He develops sophisticated computer models to extract insights from large corporate databases and other electronically stored information, often integrating data from multiple client systems and publicly available sources.
