Gabrielle Nater-Bass is a partner of Homburger, Zurich. Her practice focuses on international commercial arbitration and state court litigation. She is an experienced party counsel and arbitrator in international commercial arbitration proceedings, ad hoc and institutional, with in-depth experience in matters relating to joint ventures, shareholder agreements, M&A disputes, sales contracts, long-term supply contracts, agency and distribution contracts, construction and infrastructure projects, commodity trading (precious metals, concentrates and mining agreements), natural resources and energy (including gas pricing and electricity trading), telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.
Gabrielle Nater-Bass also regularly represents clients in investment treaty arbitrations and complex cross-border litigations.
Ms. Nater-Bass is listed on the panel of arbitrators of the ICC National Committee (Switzerland), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). She is a board member of the Swiss Arbitration Centre and Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and a member of the LCIA Court. She served as President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI) from 2016 to 2020.
