Claudia Suter’s practice focuses on advice to high net worth individuals, family offices and companies in connection with the succession and estate planning, in particular relating to tax, inheritance and marital law issues.
Claudia is the head of Homburger's Private Client Team.
Claudia is a regular speaker at leading industry congresses (such as IFA Congress, IBA, among others) and other public events relating to tax and various private client related matters. She has written several articles and commentaries on tax and private client topics. In 2022, Claudia was admitted into the exclusive International Academy of Trust and Estate Law (TIAETL). Until September 2022, Claudia was the global chair of the Young International Fiscal Association Network.
As the first Swiss private client lawyer ever, Claudia won the “Woman of the Year – Business Growth (Mid-size) Gold Award” at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2022. In addition, she was awarded “Wealth Management Lawyer of the Year” at the Women in Business Law Awards EMEA 2023.
