Allegra Arnold is an associate in Homburger's competition and regulatory team. She focuses on Swiss and EU competition law, in particular merger control, cooperation and distribution agreements, as well as administrative and civil antitrust litigation matters.
In her activity, Allegra Arnold provides guidance to clients across a diverse array of industries in all facets of antitrust law. She routinely advises and represents clients in proceedings before the Swiss Competition Commission, the Federal Administrative Court, the Federal Supreme Court, and civil courts. Furthermore, she advocates on behalf of clients in merger control proceedings before the Swiss Competition Commission and coordinates the filing of merger control notifications in foreign jurisdictions. In addition, she offers strategic guidance to corporations during dawn raids, in the implementation of compliance programs, and in the establishment and administration of distribution systems.
Allegra Arnold has studied in Neuchâtel and London, and graduated in law from the University of Neuchâtel in 2013 (MLaw) and from King's College London in 2014 (LL.M.).
After working at a district court and a litigation boutique law firm in Switzerland, she joined Homburger in 2017.
