Cosmin Cojocaru

Dr Cosmin Cojocaru, FCIArb, partner of the dispute resolution and arbitration department of Zamfirescu Racoți Vasile & Partners, specializes in national and international commercial arbitration and court litigation. Cosmin has extensive experience in energy and construction projects (including FIDIC based contracts). He has coordinated high-profile mandates for leading companies in the areas of infrastructure, works contracts, utilities, energy, and natural resources, representing clients in over 50 arbitration cases under the auspices of ICC, CICA, VIAC, ICSID and PCA.
Cosmin is also specialized in commercial and civil law, administrative contentious and public procurement, advising clients in pre-court proceedings, court proceedings as well as in enforcement procedures. His solid experience includes civil and commercial disputes related to the sale-purchase of companies, real estate disputes, and privatization matters. Cosmin Cojocaru regularly represents a wide array of corporate clients in numerous areas of disputes prevention and related affairs.
Cosmin provides legal assistance and representation both in pre-litigation procedures, in front of the
ordinary courts or arbitration courts.
