Dr Oliver Künzler is a partner at Wenger Plattner and heads the corporate and commercial practice group.
He deals primarily with international and national M&A transactions, restructurings and reorganisations, private equity and venture capital transactions and financings. Moreover, he has broad experience in advising shareholders and companies on aspects of contract, commercial and corporate law.
He further specialises in advising small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly with respect to business succession and structuring, as well as advising clients in the field of healthcare and life sciences in contractual and regulatory matters.
Oliver Künzler regularly publishes and speaks on topics of contract, commercial and corporate law. He is active in several national and international professional organisations, among others as officer of the International Bar Association, and serves as an expert on business succession.
Oliver Künzler speaks German, English, French and Italian. He is registered with the Zurich Bar registry and admitted to practise throughout Switzerland.
