Prof. Bas van Zelst co-founded, together with Rogier Schellaars, specialist arbitration firm Enhance Arbitration. Building on about 20 years of experience, Bas acts as counsel, arbitrator, and expert in commercial and investment matters – including on annulment and enforcement mandates. Prof. Van Zelst holds the chair in dispute resolution at the University of Maastricht. He is a member of the editorial board of TvA, the Dutch Journal of Arbitration Law, and a member of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute's Advisory Board since 2018.
