A member of the Bar of Bogota, Catalina is also admitted to practice as a foreign legal consultant in Paris. She specializes in international arbitration and handles both investment treaty and commercial arbitration matters. She advises clients in high-profile disputes, actively participating in negotiations, arbitration proceedings, and post-arbitration matters across a broad range of sectors, including energy (particularly the power industry), construction and engineering, mining, telecommunications, and transport.
