Wolf Ejzenberg

Wolf Ejzenberg received his BA degree from University of Sao Paulo in 2004 and concluded a specialization in civil procedural law from PUC-Sao Paulo in 2007, becoming master’s in international law from University of Sao Paulo in 2015, being approved unanimously with honor and appraisal.

He is a deeply experienced litigation attorney, having acted on emblematic insurance and reinsurance disputes and loss adjustments in Brazil and Latin American during the last two decades involving complex construction matters, strategic performance bonds, logistics and transportation, Directors and officers (D&O) and Errors and Omission (E&O) policies, amongst others. Mr Ejzenberg assists companies representing them against insurers and reinsurers both in court and arbitration procedures, but also acts within issues related to infrastructure and civil responsibility matters not directly related to insurance contracts.

He is acknowledged for his deep interest in technical arguments related to several fields of engineering which commonly are seen as key factors for the best comprehension of losses’ etiology and the development of the strategies needed for preserving clients’ rights.
