Juan Pablo Philippi Prado

Juan Pablo Philippi is partner at FK Economics and leads the firm's Latin American offices, based in Chile and Mexico. He specializes in conducting economic and financial analysis in the context of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration and has led teams in the preparation of expert reports on damages and valuations. Mr. Philippi is registered as a judicial expert in the courts of Chile and is a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, as well as ICC Chile. He has also served as an expert witness in administrative proceedings and arbitrations in Peru, Colombia, Honduras, Costa Rica, Mexico, among other Latin American countries.

In arbitration matters, Mr. Philippi has more than 12 years of experience acting as an economic expert and expert witness in cases involving damage estimation and financial valuations for industries such as mining, manufacturing, energy, agriculture, food, consumer goods, among others.
