Hosea Haag advises national and international companies on all matters of patent law. He structures and handles both international litigation series and individual infringement actions. The technical areas he covers include telecommunications, electronics, mechanical engineering and medical devices.
Hosea Haag studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen and at the University of Nottingham (UK). He taught there after his state examination before completing his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal. Here he was admitted to the bar in 2001 and in 2002/2003 he took up a Master's degree in International Studies in Intellectual Property Law in Exeter and Dresden. In Munich, he subsequently advised renowned patent law firms, most recently as Head of Patent Litigation at a major international law firm. In 2012, he founded AMPERSAND with Alexandra Heÿn, among others.
