Mr Moser is an international lawyer who serves as arbitrator in high-value, complex international disputes. His specialities include foreign investments, energy/oil and gas, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, major projects/construction, and investor-state disputes.
Resident in Asia (Beijing/Hong Kong/Japan) for over 40 years, Mr Moser frequently sits as arbitrator in disputes involving Asian sovereigns and government entities before the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes of the World Bank and the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
Mr Moser has served as Chairman of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Board Member of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and Court Member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). He currently sits as a member of the Board of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VICA) and the Governing Board of the International Council on Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).
