As Head Partner at WL Experts & Advisors -international firm specialising in technical and contractual services for construction and infrastructure projects based in Chile and Spain—Mr Landeros provides expert guidance and advice on projects, dispute boards, arbitrations and trials, particularly across Latin America.

With almost 20 years of experience in infrastructure projects, contract administration and claims analysis in engineering and construction, Mr Landeros (Architect) has participated in the resolution of numerous disputes, offering his technical expertise with a strong focus on delay analysis and quantum damages. He has acted as an expert witness in over 90 arbitration and trial cases throughout Latin America, preparing reports requested by parties or courts.
