Guilherme started as a lawyer at Agra Incorporadora in 2007, being promoted a year later to legal manager responsible for all the company’s real estate operations. In 2011, joined Duarte Garcia, Serra Netto e Terra, being today one of the partners in charge of the firm’s real estate and capital market teams. Specialised in high complexity real estate transactions, including acquisitions, swaps, leases and special leases (built to suit, sale lease back and similar), real estate fund transactions, development contracts, land lots (from the formation of the land to the delivery of lots), rural real estate and structured operations (capital market real estate products).
