Davinder Singh, SC is the Executive Chairman of Davinder Singh Chambers LLC and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
Davinder is a senate member at the Singapore Academy of Law.
Davinder’s legal experience spans more than 4 decades. He has an active international arbitration practice involving complex commercial disputes, international clients and multiple jurisdictions. He has advised and/or acted in numerous institutional and ad hoc arbitrations.
Davinder’s clients include the late Minister Mentor of Singapore, Mr Lee Kuan Yew, the Senior Minister, Mr Lee Hsien Loong, the Emeritus Senior Minister, Mr Goh Chok Tong and other Cabinet ministers including Ministers K Shanmugan and Vivian Balakrishnan, blue-chip companies and industry leaders. He has also led many high-profile litigation cases in Singapore and Brunei.
More recently, Davinder also acted as the lead counsel representing Singapore's former Transport Minister, Mr S Iswaran, in relation to criminal proceedings.
Davinder has time and again been recognised by various local and international publications as a top litigator and arbitration counsel.
