Corinne E. Atton has extensive experience advising clients in complex, high-stakes commercial and patent litigations, and international arbitrations. She has advised on a wide variety of disputes concerning a broad array of technologies, and has a particular focus on climate change issues.
Corinne also has extensive experience litigating high-stakes U.S. interstate and transboundary water disputes, and is currently a Special Assistant Attorney General to the State of New Mexico in its long-running dispute with the State of Texas concerning the Rio Grande.
Corinne is an accomplished litigator and trial attorney. She has represented clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit, and various U.S. district courts. She has also represented clients in inter partes review (IPR) and post-grant review (PGR) proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (the administrative law body of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office).
