In addition to business- and competition law, he is active in compliance & Litigation PR. Patrick L Krauskopf is president of the Litigation PR Conference. Patrick L Krauskopf was previously Clerc at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court and Deputy Director at the Competition Commission (WEKO). During his tenure at WEKO, he oversaw the revision of the Cartel Act 2003, the Ordinance on Sanctions and Leniency 2004 and the Notice on Motor Vehicle Distribution 2002.

Patrick L Krauskopf is Professor of Business and Competition Law and Negotiation Techniques at Zurich University ZHAW and Head of Business Law Department at University of Eastern Switzerland OST. . He is a member of the Federal Communications Commission (ComCom). He is co-editor of the commentary on administrative procedural law and the manual "Competition Law" for lawyers and has a list of 100+ publications on competition law.
