Paolo Michele Patocchi is a partner of Patocchi & Marzolini; he represents clients in arbitration proceedings and sits as an arbitrator in Switzerland and a number of other jurisdictions under various arbitration rules (including the ICC Rules, the UNCITRAL Rules, the Swiss Rules, the LCIA Rules, the SCC Rules, the Milan Rules, the SIAC Rules and the DIAC Rules).
Michele has also been involved as an arbitrator in various international investment disputes; designated by the Swiss Government, he has been on the ICSID list of arbitrators since 2012.
Michele further acts an expert on the Swiss law of contract, the Swiss law of international arbitration and the Swiss private international law.
