Anthony’s expertise lies in the assessment of complex damages, typically involving the quantification of lost profits and wasted costs or the valuation of assets. He has given written and oral evidence in numerous disputes across a variety of forums, situations and sectors, with claims ranging from five million US dollars to several billion US dollars.
Anthony has been appointed as expert witness in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ICC, SCAI, DIFC and other forums. He has also acted in matters before courts such as the UK High Court and the Tribunal de Commerce in France.
