After spending over 20 years, including 10 plus years as a partner at a Toronto litigation boutique, David Altshuller recently moved his practice to Toronto-based Ricketts Harris LLP, a firm with roots dating back more than 100 years in the Toronto legal community.
David acts as a trusted advisor to his clients many of whom have worked with David for decades. Known as a “problem-solver”, David has extensive experience with shareholder disputes, oppression remedies, franchise rescission claims, enforcement of agreements of purchase and sale, construction deficiencies, fraud and asset recovery, enforcement of judgments, leasing disputes, breach of contract, regulatory issues for regulated professions, contested estate matters and more.
David is active in the community and serves as a director for several registered charities. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University.
