Anina Liebkind is a partner at disputes specialist law firm Norburg & Scherp, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Anina is an experienced dispute resolution attorney, qualified in both Sweden and Finland with vast international experience. Her practice focuses on the energy, construction, finance, automotive and TMT industries. Anina also acts as an arbitrator.
Anina has experience in international arbitration proceedings under ad hoc and institutional rules (including ICC, ICSID, SCC, FAI, DIS and UNCITRAL) governed by a multiplicity of procedural and substantive laws. She additionally regularly advises clients on the recognition, enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards, and acts as counsel in such litigation proceedings before local courts.
Anina is a thought leader who frequently publishes and lectures on arbitration related topics, including acting as a visiting lecturer at the University of Stockholm. She is an international board member of the Finnish Arbitration Institute (FAI), and also serves on the board of the Swedish Women in Arbitration Network (SWAN). Anina served as the Co-Chair of the IBA Arb 40 Subcommittee from 2020-2021.
