Arno’s practice covers a broad spectrum of national and international arbitration and (cross-border) commercial litigation. Arno has conducted arbitration proceedings as counsel and arbitrator under the auspices of renowned arbitral institutions such as the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the Swiss Rules as well as ad hoc arbitrations.
