Copyright law has been around for centuries, and although it remains relevant for business today it sometimes takes a back-seat to more “interesting” or “modern” laws and regulations.
Recent developments in technology (genAI anyone?) have pushed ‘traditional old copyright’ back to the top of mind when it comes to the use of new technologies and risks associated with them.
