Duncan is also a member of the Law Council of Australia Foreign Investment Committee.
  • Natalie Kurdian, specialising in cross-border and domestic private and public M&A, restructures, joint ventures and corporate advisory (including FIRB) as well as transactional funds with work across various industries including financial services, real assets (real estate, infrastructure, and forestry), industrials, healthcare, and technology.
  • Andrew Bukowski, specialising in business transactions, sales, acquisitions and joint ventures in the resources and energy sectors and FIRB, he acts for a range of clients from listed and large private companies involved in coal, gas, minerals and metals through to junior explorers and services providers. 
  • Charlie Watson, specialising in all aspects of M&A transactions, with a specific focus on private M&A, he acts for both domestic and international companies across a diverse range of industries including e-commerce, real estate, technology, media and communications, mining and renewables, project sponsors, banks and other financial institutions.
