Clause

Payment (Goods)

This clause is drafted in favor of the seller or supplier. It is favorable to the seller because it (1) allows the seller to adjust prices unilaterally, (2) requires a fee for late payments, (3) allows the seller to suspend delivery of products for late payments, and (4) requires the buyer or customer to pay for collection costs related to any late payments.

For additional payment clauses, see the following clauses: Late Payments, Set-Off, and Taxes (Goods).
