Also in PRO news… we’ve been carrying out improvements to our search functionality
On Lexology we are constantly working on improving your user experience and that’s why we’re excited to announce our latest improvements to our search functionality.
All of our premium PRO content is now visible through our search functionality (shown below), but only PRO subscribers will have full access to this. If you are a PRO subscriber, you’ll be able to easily navigate to all of your accessible content directly through the ‘Research’ tab or the search tool at the top of your newsfeed.
Now available to view in our search functionality:
For each of these content types, the topics (e.g. Merger Control) and the individual chapters (e.g. Merger Control in France) are also available in the search tool.
Where can I find the snippet articles?
Snippet articles have now moved from the search results, but these are still accessible through the daily newsfeed and will also appear in our range of hubs under “Popular/recent”.
Intuitive search
Through our search improvements we have updated the logic behind the search functionality meaning you will find it easier to find author profiles, firms and topics that are relevant to you.
For example, if you wanted to search for authors such as Robin Shea or Axel Anderl, or even Umair Rahim, you will no longer need to use inverted commas to find who you are looking for as our search logic now picks up direct name matches.
In addition, we’ve also simplified the way to find results around much easier to find results around multi-word phrases like “force majeure” or “art law”. Previously these were considered as separate words, but now we show results that have the phrase itself.
