Denny Rahmansyah is the supervising partner of SSEK’s construction and real estate practice. He is an extensively experienced lawyer who joined SSEK in 2001.
Denny’s practice also includes cross-border M&A and debt restructurings, foreign investment, TMT, (including fintech/ecommerce and data protection/privacy), and power and infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining SSEK, Denny was associated with another prominent law firm in Jakarta, where he worked mostly in acquisitions and debt restructuring matters.
Denny is named by Asialaw, Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000 and The Legal 500 as a leading lawyer in Indonesia for real estate, and corporate law and M&A. Denny was each year from 2018 to 2021 a finalist for Managing Partner of the Year at the Asian Legal Business Indonesia Law Awards. For two consecutive years, Denny has been named to the Asia Business Law Journal A-List of Indonesia’s Top 100 Lawyers. Denny is the only lawyer in Indonesia to be acknowledged as a global leader in the recent Who’s Who Legal Real Estate guide.
