Fabian Koch is an attorney at law and founding partner of CORE Attorneys, a Swiss boutique law firm specialising in competition and antitrust law, regulatory matters and distribution law. He represents clients in complex competition investigations, merger control proceedings, public procurement proceedings and civil litigation related to his practice area. He advises companies of all types on general contract, subcontract and distribution law issues (including e-commerce), cooperation and compliance issues (including compliance trainings, dawn-raid workshops and internal investigations) and regulatory matters.
In addition to a Master's degree in Law and Economics (2014), Fabian Koch holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (2010), both from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). This combined educational background allows him to understand economic interconnections as well as the needs and objectives of his clients. From 2015-2017, Fabian Koch worked as an auditor and clerk at the District Court of Horgen, Switzerland. Fabian Koch also worked as a trainee and lawyer in two large Swiss law firms where he obtained extensive expertise in his areas of expertise.
