Stephen is a Partner & Managing Director in the eDiscovery practice at AlixPartners and co-leads the Greater China region, based in Shanghai. Stephen has over 16 years of professional services experience in digital forensics, electronic discovery, managed review and litigation risks assessment. Stephen works closely with his global Investigations, Compliance & Privacy colleagues to advise clients on regulatory investigations, disputes and other corporate fraud and white-collar crime matters. His clients are from a wide range of industries and geographies, and he is particularly known for assisting large US-listed Asian companies involved in cross-border regulatory issues. Stephen graduated from the University of NSW in Australia. He is an Encase Certified Forensic Examiner (EnCE) and the first person to obtain the well-regarded Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification in Asia. |
